Erin C. Ming
Ms. Ming is a partner with the Sawyer Law Group LLP. Her practice focuses on patent prosecution and counseling. As a registered patent attorney, Ms. Ming has worked on matters involving a variety of technologies, including database management systems, electronic design automation tools, integrated circuits, medical devices, chemical compounds, networking solutions, and software applications.
In addition to having considerable patent prosecution and counseling experience, Ms. Ming has also represented clients in patent litigation matters in Federal District Courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
Ms. Ming graduated with honors from the George Washington University Law School in 2001. While in law school, she was a staff member on the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. Ms. Ming received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics of Computation from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998.
Ms. Ming is admitted to the State Bar of California and the New York State Bar. She is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
